| Hamish Selby and Sophie Thoreau will discuss common online intellectual property issues that arise in the context of misleading and deceptive conduct and misuse of IP assets, including domain name squatting, fake websites, impersonators and celebrity endorsements, virtual influencers and deep fakes, talk about enforcement options and outline potential prevention strategies. | |
