The Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held on Saturday, 11 September 2021 at 5:00pm at the Park Hyatt Melbourne, Parliament Square, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
The Rules of the Society require that nominations for Officers of the Society and for ordinary members of the Committee must be sought two months before the Annual General Meeting and that such nominations must be received by the Secretariat one month before the Annual General Meeting.
Nomination forms must be received by the Secretariat by no later than 5:00pm on Tuesday, 10 August 2021. The Secretariat’s statement concerning time of receipt by the Secretariat will be conclusive.
The officers of the Society are:
(a) the President;
(b) two Vice-Presidents;
(c) the Treasurer; and
(d) the Secretary.
Our Rules provide that the Committee shall consist of the Officers of the Society, 8 to 15 ordinary members and the chairpersons of each of the local organisations.
It is important to note that these elections are for the Trans-Tasman National Committee. Nominations and elections for the committees of the local organisations will be organised by the local organisations at a later date.
