Membership Benefits

It is easy and inexpensive to join the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand.

Upon joining, members will receive the Society’s quarterly journal, the ‘Intellectual Property Forum’ which contains comprehensive articles, overviews of current developments and reports from local and overseas correspondents.

The Society organises dinner meetings, seminars, and an Annual Conference at which recent developments in intellectual property laws are discussed and debated and the education of members is advanced. These events give you the opportunity to meet eminent national and international guest speakers, as well as other members of the Society, many of whom are experts in the intellectual property area – in an informal atmosphere. Members are invited to attend these events at a discounted rate.

The Society is a Trans-Tasman association with a broad membership base, including patent attorneys, solicitors, barristers and academics, as well as persons working in the industrial and government sectors.
