4. Membership
You acknowledge that where you submit a membership application (click

link] for the New Zealand membership application) you will be subject
to the Rules
of the Society.
5. Payment
Where your application is not accepted then IPSANZ will refund you the
amount you have paid in respect of the membership application.
Payment can be made as specified on the Australian Membership, New Zealand
Membership pages of this website (click here for the Australian membership
rates and here for the New Zealand membership rates).
IPSANZ may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes on reasonable prior notice to you. If IPSANZ requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel your membership application by giving notice to IPSANZ, which must be received no later than seven days of the announcement of the increase.
6. Future changes to these terms and conditions
From time to time, these terms and conditions will be reviewed and may
be revised. IPSANZ reserves the right to change these terms and conditions
at any time. Any such changes will be posted on this website. Your continued
use of this website will constitute your acceptance of the variation of
these terms and conditions.
7. Website availability
IPSANZ neither warrants nor represents that this website will be continuously
available and you acknowledge that this website may experience down-time,
either scheduled or unscheduled, from time to time. IPSANZ will endeavour
to take reasonable steps to ensure that this website's downtime is limited

computer system failure or any other cause which is beyond IPSANZ's reasonable

IPSANZ reserves the right to cease providing access to, and the services
of, IPSANZ at any time at its complete discretion.
IPSANZ shall not be liable to you for any cost, expense, or damages whatsoever
for terminating these terms and conditions.
12. Governing law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.
