We collect your personal information to enable IPSANZ to achieve its Objectives.

If at any time you want to know exactly what personal information we hold
about you, you are welcome to access your record by e-mailing us at ipsanz@internex.net.au.
Our file of your personal information will be made available to you within

If at any time you wish to change personal information that is inaccurate
or out of date, please contact us by e-mailing us at ipsanz@internex.net.au
and we will amend this record. If you wish to have your personal information
deleted, please let us know in the same manner as referred to above and
we will take all reasonable steps to delete it unless we need to keep
it for legal reasons.

IPSANZ will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any
personal information which we hold about you, and to keep this personal
information accurate and up to date. Your personal information is stored
securely. Unfortunately, no security system can be guaranteed to be 100%
secure so we cannot give an absolute assurance that the personal information
you provide to us will be secure at all times. IPSANZ will not be held
responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to your personal

Where applicable, you may be supplied with a user name and password for
the purposes of viewing or accessing parts of our website. You are responsible
for the security of your password and log-in information. You take responsibility
to ensure the confidentiality of this information.

sites are not under the control of IPSANZ, and we are not responsible
