|SPEAKERS:||Marion Heathcote, Partner, Davies Collison CaveMarion’s major area of practice is in Trade Mark law and in issues associated with trade mark protection and enforcement, as well as various associated IP rights issues in particular those associated with the protection of Geographical Indications and the protection of Indigenous Peoples Rights. She currently Chairs the Related Rights Committee of INTA and serves on the Outer Borders Team of Marques and the Australasian Chapter of the International Wine Law Association.|
