President’s Invite

You are warmly invited to the 36th IPSANZ Annual Conference, which will be held from 22 – 24 September 2023 at the Peppers Salt Resort & Spa, Bells Boulevard, Kingscliff, New South Wales.

This year’s conference features eminent speakers dealing with a wide range of intellectual property law issues. The Honourable Justice Mark Moshinsky and The Honourable Justice Stephen Burley of the Federal Court will present the Judges’ Session. Professor Jane Ginsburg, Morton L. Janklow Professor of Literary and Artistic Property Law, Columbia Law School will present on AI and copyright.
